Matumi Golf Lodge is situated in the tranquil and secure environment of the Matumi Golf Estate, just 3km from the centre of Nelspruit - your gateway to Mpumalanga, South Africa's province of the rising sun, with its numerous attractions sought after by both local and international visitors alike.
Matumi Golf lodge is the perfect place for quiet weekend breaks, energetic golf trips or family gatherings. The lodge is ideally positioned midway up the 9th fairway of the Nelspruit Golf course (home of the "Jock Open") with magnificent views over the golf course and the Crocodile River Valley.
Accommodation
Matumi Golf Lodge boasts 6 spacious luxury rooms, tastefully decorated to create a relaxed, clean and uncluttered, yet homely feel after a long day of work or play. Comfortable seating and complimentary sherry complete the experience.
All rooms include:
100% percale cotton sheets
High quality mattresses, either queen or king-sized.
The twin room consists of two three-quarter beds

The bar area provides a wonderful environment to sit around the fire on those cool winter evenings. Careful attention to detail and comfort creates a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for discerning guests to wind down and perhaps read a book or two.
The pool deck with its commanding views of the Crocodile River Valley and Mpumalanga Lower Escarpment provides the ideal place to laze away those hot, still Lowveld summer days.
Breakfast
Breakfast is a selection of cereals, yogurts freshly baked croissants muffins or scones, followed by a full English breakfast or omelette to your taste.
Location
The golf course is located close to the Nelspruit CBD with easy access to shops, restaurants, hospitals etc, yet remote enough for you to by outside of the hustle and bustle of town life. |
