Somersvreugde Guesthouse is situated just 15 km away from the hustle and bustle of Nelspruit, the capital of Mpumalanga. This makes it a mere 10 minute drive to the Mbombela Stadium where the host city is preparing for the 2010 FIFA World Cup Soccer Tournament. Offering you, our guest, the opportunity to come and rest and enjoy the beautiful Lowveld. White River is situated close to various world renowned attractions in the Lowveld area such as the Kruger National Park. We are small enough to treat you like royalty while you are able to get away from the fast pace of the city.

Master / Family Suite (Sleeps max. 2 adults, 4 children)
A luxury master bedroom with queen size four poster bed overlooks the garden and swimming pool area. The room has an external entrance for added privacy. The en suite bathroom has a huge shower. This room is ideal for a romantic break away or honeymoon. The adjacent cellar provides for max 4 children on single beds, turning this suite into a top class family room. DSTV / shower only / coffee & tea / bar fridge / purified water / hairdryer.
Lisa’s Room (Sleeps max. 2 adults, 2 children)
A spacious double en suite room with twin beds. (Double bed will be provided on request) Ideal when traveling with younger children for whom a sleeper couch or baby cot is available. DSTV / shower only / coffee & tea / bar fridge / purified water / hairdryer.
Carien’s Room (Sleeps max. 2 guests)
A cozy double en suite room with shower only. Single beds and garden view. (Double bed available on request). DSTV / shower only / coffee & tea / bar fridge / purified water / hairdryer.
Anke’s Room (Sleeps max. 2 guests)
A cozy double en suite room with bath only. Twin beds and garden view. (Double bed available on request). DSTV / shower only / coffee & tea / bar fridge / purified water / hairdryer.
Garden Room 1& 2 (Sleeps max. 2 guests)
The garden rooms have direct access from the parking area. Rooms have twin/single/double beds - as per our quests requests. En suite bathrooms have showers only. DSTV / shower only / coffee & tea / bar fridge / purified water / hairdryer / microwave oven.
