"Troll House” is a stylish decorated double-storey with a spectacular view over the town and situated walking distance from town centre. Enjoy relaxing in the comfortable deck chairs on the wooden deck or curl up in front of the romantic fireplace. The "Troll House" is the ideal luxury break-away for a couple, family or a group of friends. This venue is fully serviced everyday.

Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, electronic safe and doors open onto patio and outside shower.
Bedroom 2:
Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom (upstairs)
Bedroom 3:
2 x 3/4 beds, en-suite bathroom (upstairs)
Percale / 100% cotton linen, down duvets, soft blankets, towels, toiletries and bath robes are provided.
Facilities
The open plan living area offers a modern kitchen (well stocked), dining room and lounge with comfortable leather furniture, a TV and fireplace that opens onto the patio and an outside braai area. Additional luxuries are DSTV, DVD and a CD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge, wine fridge, microwave etc.
Fly fishing equipment to try your luck is available, as well as a pool table room that opens onto a wooden deck. There is a fully fenced large garden with ample security in and around house including an alarm system with armed response.

Location
The "Troll House” is situated in the most popular, easily accessible, upmarket area in-town. It's close to shops and located in a peaceful and safe environment and a spa is only a few blocks away from us.
Attractions
Dullstroom is situated on the eastern escarpment and 2 hours drive from Pretoria and Johannesburg. The ideal stop over for tourists and holidaymakers on the Panorama Route, halfway between Johannesburg and Kruger National Park.
